I like how you did the build you could try a cloth wheel and some white an red jeweler's rouge which will polish it up and also help clean up all of the belt sander marks and maybe try a round piece of black velcro on both sides to cover up the hole in the center of it?
This is pretty sweet man and nice build. If you would be interested in a wooden, returning, batarang i build them and they are on my channel.
@Jlaservideo I know ur busy with all ur other projects but if u do happen to get this I have a suggestion for a build u should build black canarys retractable boe staff and make it so it come off in the middle so it acts as 2 blunt like swords like in the show DCs Legends of tommorw just a suggestion I hope u get this this would be a really cool build
jlaser is bomb literally awesome but have you ever tried making a taser gun or a plasma ball, or trample lean boots so what you do is you get trample lean material and just like jump in it anyways your videos are better than any other videos I have ever seen and if it were up to me I would try to make everyone watch them.

I just bought a dremel to help make one of these.
But I also have an angle grinder with q thin blade that cuts metal.
Used it to cut the basic outline then use the dremel to finish off.

problem with dremel bits is they're so expensive. no doubt the lines would be better if you fixed the piece to the table so both hands could be used to steady the tool. other than that i think it came out looking pretty damn good.

if you have the hole in the middle, its better because, if you have a utility or belt or a wall or whatever, you could add a cylinder onto it, so you could keep the batarangs on it
