Pretty impressive. I served in Mexico ( many years ago emphasis on many) I remember giving my mission scriptures away during my mission thinking I could just get another pair at the next zone conference. I waited almost 6 months and meanwhile grabbed a set we had in our box and made it my own.
Thank you so much for this!! I’m serving a mission sometime in the summer and I really needed a great way to find scriptures and things quickly and just get my groove in!! Super excited to try this and have a special scripture set to keep forever!!! ❤️
Can you please do more videos on dating?? A video on how to get a guy to ask you out for example. I'm in a wheelchair and feel like guys push away from me because of it. I really want to date but I grew up learning that the guy is the one who is supposed to ask the girl out. That isn't really helping my confidence because I haven't been on a date in 5 years
Hey Jess! I also served a Spanish speaking mission and marked my mission scriptures exactly the same way! My question is, now that you have been home for a few years, do you continue to mark you current set of scriptures according to the predicad lessons, or have you found different categories that are more meaningful to you now?
I had an x,y,z system. Color coded [x], starting from the top of the page at point 1 (any lesson) continuing down the points as you go down the page, which led to a more defined [y] dimension. I condensed the [z] dimension, which was represented by different scriptures referenced, with the same amount of references in less space. Basically the same as you, but they all were on the long edge of the page starting at the top. This worked really well for me, but some of my companions weren't into it, which is fine. To each, his own.
Can you do a conference episode next? Like what you learnt, your thoughts etc? That would be great to hear your feelings and thoughts on the messages and such..
I asked the missionaries I was having come over who had their Book of Mormon marked in different colors and they said that it was the way the studied the Book of Mormon. Not the way to make as they went on their mission. Just letting you know that. Thank you Jess

I love this!!! Thank you so much. I always put the same color as a highlight and it's kinda hard to apply it in a certain topic/lesson.
Thank you sister! You're a blessing. I'm sooo glad I've found your video 💟💟💟

I love this way of marking your scriptures! Do you recommend doing this before you go into the mission field?

Could you post a pic of the back of your scriptures? It was hard to see that paper and your system?
I needes this so much. Thank you!😊

I just found a marked Preach My Gospel Mini, notes in French, from a Sister Missionary who served in the Paris France Mission, from a used book store.
Is that copy of "Preach My Gospel" a smaller size than usual?
Joseph Saltal yeah it is. You can get them in full sized or the mini and she’s got the mini

hello! did you managed to do all that stuff while you're in your mission?
I would love to see a Sunday Vlog! It could give some inspiration as to how you and your husband keep the Sabbath day Holy!
