Gagamitin mo yan pareho sa trabaho lalo na pag mag estimate ka pero kung mag pepresent ka sa client mo mas ok kung BOQ. Madalang naman kay client mag tanong ng material cost, equipement cost and labor cost dahil naka summarize na sya sa BOQ.

What I mean is yung mga excess or tinatawag natin na pasobra like for example, sa PVC pipe ang commercial length available is 6 meters pero ang requirement is 5 meters as per plan, so yung BOQ mo na qty dpt 5 meters pero sa rates pag dinerive dapat andon yung mga wastage %

What do you mean by Rebar 10mm Grade 60? I thought when you say Grade 60 it refers to the reinforcing bar with diameter larger than 12mm. While Grade 40 refers to 12mm and below

Meron softwares like B2W Estimate lalo kung estimator ka talaga and nagpprovide ang mga company ng softwares.

Kung gencon ka, at may subcon ka, BOQ lang ang pwede nyo i-reconcile. Ung BOM si subcon mo na gagawa nun

Nope. Di pwede ipakita kay client ang profit. It should be incorporated in your unit rates.

Grade varies depending on the minimum yield strength, not the diameter. We also have grade 40 rebars but more than 12mm diameter. 🙂
