1. Very true Mamsh. Nadali kami dati sa Elevation mag start na project hindi man lang nag site visit. Yung actual site is Pababa yung lupa kaya ayun iyak kami kasi kulang quantity namin sa panambak. 😅
2. Price list of materials and equipment rates can be requested from the company, kung ikaw naman ay nangongontrata may pricelist si Philcon and di ko sure kung updated yung sa price list ng DPWH.

mam paano yung cost ng materials Dec 2021 tapos hindi naman inaasahang nagkaroon ng war gaya ng Ukraine at Russia affected price ng materials, valid naman siguro mag adjust materials , sana gumawa kayo mam ng vlog para sa ganitong situation

Mahirap mag estimate pa hindi mo talaga iintindihan ang plano at hindi ka nakapag site visit at nagtanong ng mga for clarification before submission after ng bidding or during bidding
