with this video i got to know how BoQ is created but my doubt it , while quoting the BoQ Amount Eg: PCC work which might need some sub materials , how they will extract the exact materials bifurcation needed & their prices as it varies as per market rate.

Rate analysis is done to get the price of the work. For that, each place has got its relevant rates and those rates are used.

in this video you have explained about how the boq will be look like and as a contractor how it supposed to be rated for bid submission, if there is any explanation about how it supposed to be prepared?
your saying in this video these boq will be prepared by profound personals using drawings.
but actually i have to know about how those profound professionals preparing the description of work?
for exmaple in your boq description for P.C.C works says "providing and laying machine mixed P.C.C with 20mm down aggregate including the cost of formwork, compaction, levelling and curing all complete"
how these description were prepared by the professional and which types of measurements book they are using to prepare and in what order they are preparing it ?

Those descriptions are usually based on Architect or Engineer specifications. The BOQ is put together using standards. A very common one is the SMM 7 (The 7th edition of the standard method of measurement). Consult a professional QS for these services

Rates are calculated based on cost of inputs such as materials to be used, labour and equipment required with a margin for profits and overheads.
how do you determine rates if you are inexperienced?

What is QRO in BOQ
I am wondering does the unit rate consists of the labor work as well as the approximate price of the material or it is just the labor work by the contractor. In this video I can find out that it is only the labor rate considered by the contractor but in practice, I have seen it mixed with the material price as well - I am not sure if that is correct?
The Rate Analysis should cover everything for one unit. So when the "Rate" is placed on the BoQ, it includes all labor cost, material cost, contractor profit, transportation cost, etc. Again, the type of contract must be considered. For example, if the client will supply materials, the material cost is excluded from the Rate Analysis.
