The problem that can potentially arise for Hilton is perception. 150K properties seem out of reach. If they want to encourage spend on their cards. They can’t water down their true return on spend with stratospheric points redemptions. Otherwise their credit cards would go from sock drawer to public storage
There is one SLH in Taipei Taiwan where I stayed 5 nights in Jan-2024 at 8K of Hyatt-points per night with standard FREE-Breakfast for all guests. It would have cost more than $200 per night! I'm only a BASIC Hyatt Member on my way to the Discoverist so do miss this deal! I am a Diamond Member so really hope Hilton is able to come out something alike (but doubt will be the case!)
