- Back to black! I colored my hair black using Clairol Natural Instincts in color 2 (Black). I always love going back dark, especially for the fall and this semi-permanent dye was not too harsh on my curls.
Also- in the video I forgot to mention that you should protect your hairline with something like Vaseline so that the black dye does not stain your face. I didn't get any stains on my skin, but it could happen!

Try using a permanent black dye

@@CMHMom23 Yeah, this washed out pretty quickly for me too. If you want it to last then you definitely need to use permanent hair dye
