I've been tempted by the Bolide's before - this one's no different. My grip would likely be just behind the DSS so should work. Another good review, thanks 😁😁
I picked up a set of these a couple of days ago, liking them so far. I usually use Aspinall gen 1s but i wanted more grip on the rear because i could never quite tell where i was gripping them when grabbing the dart. I find the rear grip here is really nice, and the taper is a good marker for a consitant hold.
Thanks Darren these are great looking reasonably priced darts. You got on well with them 🎯 Happy darting 🎯 Have a merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 and we'll look forward to more great reviews in 2024 👍🏻
If I had to recommend a dart, that fits to you, I would give this dart a try. The pictures of the flight-Show-in slow-mo of your throws are excellent. There wasn't a throw, where the dart didn't fly, as he should. Really an exception in comparison with other darts, you have already tested. I myself have ordered the silver, uncoated version of this dart a few days ago, hope, it will fit as good, as I strongly expect.
Yeah, these are the same as the normal Bolides, just with the black coating. I do like all the Bolide line; least of all the 05s and most of all, which I own, the 04s. Thanks for the review, Darren mate
I've only recently gotten into darts, and having just ordered a set of Winmau Sabotage Onyxes as my very first set, I'm already looking at these as my next set. Just deciding whether to get the Voids or the light colour.
I would say one of the most gorgeous darts I have ever seen, normally the black coated darts are just expensive, but nothing special, but this one, look wonderful. I just love them. 🫶🫶
@@DartsReviewChannel I understand that but manufacturers always seem to cater for themselves not all players are the same like in any sport Darren. Well from me to you wishing you a merry Christmas and a Happy New Year remember 25th of January 😉😉
Hi Darren as you know I got 04 . Now 05 omg . Both these darts are proper brilliant 👏. 05 not even throw hard bloody hell talk about go get out the board . 😂 your be pulling the wall down with it . But fantastic darts . Trying to get better with lighter darts . I getting there like but not spot on . Takes time . Few 100 s 140 nothing to jump up and down about 😂

Hi Darren . Nice looking darts , maybe a good choice for me ,but I would have to get some of those Target screw in flared points I reckon . You did say the flights had taken a bashing . The rings on the nose probably don't do flights much good either ! Price is fairly reasonable I suppose .... I can't find a review of the Bolide SP02 , which I assume is the model you think might be the uncoated , on your channel . Shame as you could possibly do a direct comparison !
Yeah its the ring grip but I hit the stems which broke the clips and the stem on one. I have the first 02 model but never reviewed it, found it after the review, its exactly the same, only difference is the Void have the black ti coating and are about £4 more :)
Cheers for that Darren . One day I will get out some pennies from the post office account and buy some super duper solid plastic flight / stem system . Them rings though , I stopped using them ages ago . I found they caused more trouble than good , so I rely on just flights in Targets Pro Grip plastic stems . These Pro Grips are the best I have found and hardly ever have a flight fall ; I always tap the end of the flights between goes by habit too ! @@DartsReviewChannel
i had a set of darts with swiss point, but after a few months i changed to normal point darts bcos swiss points darts are prone to break , easily , most of the time when it falls..and its not cheap though. in my opinion bcos of the groove .
Nice looking darts. Glad to see the Bolide range in a black edition. Great review Darren. Happy darting!
Yeah they are neat looking darts, Happy Darting! :)
Nice looking dart the Bolide one's. I always liked these also the first one's. Good review as always Darren.
Thanks Glenn, yeah its a good range :)
Great reviews, keep up the good work fella :)
Thanks mate, will try! :)

Thanks mate, it's a good range at a fair price I think 👍
Like the look of these i have the bolide 04 and have to say they're one of my favourite barrels so might give these a go .
Yeah very good range I think :)
I use the Bolide as a back up dart. These Voides are on my wishlist

Thats a real good quality dart for the price. Hope you have a good xmas Darren.
They are, thanks Martin, you too! :)
Just bought a set, albeit the original tungsten ones. Looking forward to throwing them.

I think the whole Bolide range is a good range for the money, the natural versions are better value though :)
Great fun to throw…… I have these in the original bolides……slightly front weighted which I enjoy…..great grip and work really well with k flex
Yeah very good range of darts 👍

certainly worth a try, the normal Bolides are cheaper and its same dart, so may as well get those :)
@@DartsReviewChannel Thanks! I am LOVING the look of that Swiss Point system, too. So effortless to change out the points if you like experimenting.
I have the original 05 and 03. Great darts
Yeah popular range 👍
Nice video. How do you store all these barrels?
Some are in the cupboard behind me, the rest I just throw on the floor like a hoarder lol

yeah been lots over 50mm in recent months

LOL yeah it did, needs a special one for that! Thanks, should have a couple more yet if I get them done but if not Merry Christmas also! :)
You didn't happen to measure the space between the rings on the front half. Looks like maybe a 2mm sand blasted groove?
its 1.5mm

Fine work by Target!!
yep nice darts :)
25 gm for me jumped down from 34 in which I love but finding it hard with light darts to be honest.
I used to throw 27g and worked down to 23g

What’s the point of sandblasting where we can’t touch? 😅
for the look. but i think the sandblast parts looks more appealing at the silver ones.
I often wonder, but I think its probably aesthetic :)
Smooth part worst spot for mid gripper?
possibly, maybe more rear
Put flex sort on mine but works well with intermediate
what can I say Darren, the doubles are always my favourite part! :)) But as I havn't seen them all, what was your record so far mate?
They are all in the video after results, I only started it in 23, will be a different challenge for 24, best I ever done was years ago, got 12
