What a pleasant review. I too have never had a bad experience with Delta - and have flown over 2.4 million miles. There have been issues, but Delta always seems to get them resolved. I keep thinking that I will switch airlines until I try out another airline - always back to Delta. Odd about the snack box for breakfast - something weird must have happened.
I've flown only Delta for decades too, and any time I need help with any issue, they've always absolutely fixed it. Love them! That choice for snack box on an early flight was a little odd though lol.
