Was it difficult to set up the throttle cable with that stock throttle “knob”. I am wanting to get one of these to replace an existing motor, but wasn’t sure on how that worked.

There is no replacement for displacement and low end torque

I’ll say it like this . I have a 1432 Jon boat , I had a stage 3 210cc stroker making 16hp . Boat did 12mph solo . Swapped out to a 420cc with just a air filter kit and straight pipe(still has the Governor). I’m getting 26mph solo now and can actually get on plane .
