I have already read the Richard Rumelt's book. The book is amazing and your videos explain and resume his concepts very well, keep going!!
Just a thing, In the book I remember to really liked the Ikea example, how everything makes sense with other links of the chain, maybe you can use it in another video (I think there was a chapter called coherent actions or somethinig similar).
Your videos are coming in handy to remember things of the book that I already forget. Thanks!
