Yes. But do not use the agitator brush as it will cause the holes to clog. Also only apply the cleaner and conditioner to the cloth and never directly to the seat as this will also cause the holes to clog.
Well you didn't follow the directions on the cleaner.. bottle says to use a damp cloth with water 💧 to clean off all the residual cleaner.. not just buff it off dry..
I'm seeing some spiit reviews on this product. Some complain that the condioner leaves an oily residual or film on their seats. I have this product but am afraid to use it.
I've been a fan of Lexol conditioner for many years. I've tried just about every brand at one point or another. I obsessively condition my interior so I can't really say that any particular brand is any better over another. As for me..conditioner fragrance is important to me. I realize scent is subjective and percieved. This stuff definitely smells different than what's in the traditional brown bottle. This new stuff smells awful. I literally wish I could get my money back. I did one seat and stopped. I'll eventually end up just throwing it away.
Hi Josh. The product shouldn’t have a bad smell like the one you described. Please reach out to Lexol directly at 1-800-383-7323. They will be able to help you.
I'd use a APC any day, every day instead of this to clean my leather seats. And for the conditioner.. meh. Not huge difference with the before and after. Anyway... keep it up Brandon. And cheers from Romania !
@@user-zb6ez4jl3u you mean a coat or a sealant. It's not 1950's anymore. You have coated plastic leather seats nowadays. Not conditioner.. only thing a conditioner does on your leather seats, it gives you some UV protection(more or less). Other than that.. it's useless.. Me personally after i clean my seats with APC, i spray Gyeon Leather Coat and wipe off. You should try it.
Alin Alinu The clearcoat on the seats that the manufacturer puts on, is a permeable substance. If you leave the conditioner on,to soak in, it will condition the seats.
Your seats are in such good condition you can’t really see the full effect of the stuff! This is a very nice example of an e39.
nice work, I'm a big fan of lexol products the cleaner is very gentle on the leather
I've used a previous formula of Lexol & I wasn't too happy about it. I might try this one, who knows!
Can you use this on ventilated seats with tiny holes in them?
Yes. But do not use the agitator brush as it will cause the holes to clog. Also only apply the cleaner and conditioner to the cloth and never directly to the seat as this will also cause the holes to clog.
@@hungryhungryhummer thank you
Well done. No bs just straight up video. Thank you.

You're supposed to get the rag wet and then apply the cleaner so you can foam it the hell out
Any home made leather cleaners? Afterwards I'll use #2.
Looks nice and wow your leather seats are in excellent condition!
LEXOL is the best ! I Use it two or three times a year! Leather still looks showroom new! What is the brand of microfiber towels you recommend ?
+Patrick A The microfiber terry towels are good for this application. I linked them in the description.
Thanks I finally learned how to find links in the description area. Kind of new to this you tube . Thanks Brandon! I’m going shopping now !
Did you add any water to the cloth or brush when applying the cleaner?
Right?
So how does it smell ? I want leather smell in my Cadillac .
I can't tell
Will you be attending Columbus coffee and cars on the occasional Saturday morning? I would love to see this car in the flesh..
Is this a new formula or the bottle design just changed
New bottle design
I love the smell of this stuff
What kind of brush was that and where can I get it
So did you add water when u agitated the leather?
no I didn't add any water
@@ShiftedPerspective ok thanks
The brush don’t scratch the leather? It seems like it would.
Jerry Polete it’s horsehair. Doesn’t scratch.
Your doing this on a car with new clean seats... why not take your grandma's old buick and show us how good this really is
Do you find the seats any more comfortable now that you've driven it for a while?
They are better now but maybe I’m just getting used to it
Thanks for a great video. Lexol products are fantastic. By the way, you are handsome. Beautiful car, perfectly kept.
Used Lexol last night.... Smells terrible and makes the leather super greasy looking.... I was mad
Great job, keep up the good work, love the detailing videos as always.
Of course you’re coming back to CBUS when I’m not going to be in the country! 😒
+Accelerated Motion dangit!
Can you use a rage on this?
Is this better than leather masters?
Gyeon Leather Cleaner followed up by Gyeon Leather Coat. Cheap and incredibly effective.
Why the fuck did lexol go away from the spray bottle?
Great product!
Leatherique is far superior to this product. Lexol is not even in the same league. I'm not sure why you even bother with Lexol.
Will this work on grey leather sofas.
Most definitely will! Anything leather!
It does look better though thats for sure 👍 Good video
Would lexol work on leather clothing too?
Yes it does!
@@ShiftedPerspective cool because I own lots of lambskin leather

Looks the same

You need conditioner or your seat is going to dry up and crack

Look up "AMMO NYC" he's a professional detailer and says apc works short term but ruin material long term.
Lol there shouldn’t be a visual difference. It’s to prevent drying / cracking

Thanks for the video not buying this !!!!
