My tip: rememeber, these trackers don't need to go in seperated planners or notebooks. You can put them all or just the one you use, in one notebook. (I used to try and have a seperate notebooks for each idea or habit or things related to a topic but I never finished the book. So now I just put everything into one.)
I use my planner (apart from work and personal tasks) to track the TV shows and movies that I see, the games I play and also the books I read. You can track your progression or just write when you finished each and also do a mini review. It is very nice to learn how much you do over a year and have a record of it. This next year I will be using the year view of my A5 Muji planner to do a mood track as well.
I love Hobonichi, so I ended up getting a weeks, a Techo and a Cousin. I decided to use my weekly to track my reading progress for the year. On the left page, I write the books I’m reading and what page/chapter I leave off each day. On the right, I jot down notes/thoughts on the books.
*Believe in yourself. You are braver than you think and more talented than you know, and capable of more than you can imagine. Keep putting in the work...*
Another thing you can track is mood or mental health! You can write down your mood and what conditions affected it (feeling good after overcaming something difficult, feeling bad because didn't eat/shower, feeling relieved after a talk cleared up tension, feeling bored/overwhelmed) and, if relevant, work on regulating emotions with these findings. For chronic pain havers, I also find it helpful to track pain on a scale from 1-10 and affecting conditions (weather, stress, diet, etc.)
You forgot the most important : " Learning New Languages" 😆 it's something that you must do consistently and yet some people learn more than 1 new languages at the same time.
I wish I could afford to buy a few of these! I only write a journal and a to do list. Those work a lot better on paper/physical And I do have a crap notebook I use to write down my projects. Ideas for them, what I did, what I should try, and every bit I log down how the idea worked etc. It's helpful even If you don't read it back. I also write down big purchases I dream of or my long term goals. So Everytime I want something I look at just how many things I wanted or I've wanted and what I'd be giving up for it! Convinced myself to not buy an ipad with it lol
I track my exercise (frequency and length of each session), home admin stuff like changing my toothbrush, linens, and self care like salon visits and dental cleaning.
I've been using a planner to write down the progress of my novel writing, and since I'm doing the first draft in a notebook, it also helps with my sore eyes from all the online classes, so this video gave me a few good ideas for other things to keep a track of!
These notebooks looks so nice and great but man... Habit trackers are never my thing. Lol. Tried to make one but eventually forgot. Only got one for budgets and tracking payments and other finance things. My phone do track and remind me to drink and take a walk or jog sometimes tho. Last time i updated its system, it received those features. And now i can't make it stop. Lol. 😅 But i do track my hydration habit, even before the phone update and never thru notebook. I just have a liter of water in my room, at work, and in the livingroom - places im always at. I refill them in the morning, noon, and evening, and the goal is to at least finish one 3 times a day. So like... If im in my room the whole day, i'd know that by noon, my water bottle should be empty and needing a refill.
I used to never get the point of habit trackers so I never used one.. until recently! I realized you track habits because it can help you build or maintain them. I suggest giving it a try when you’re in a slump to emerge from it since it helps you build habits because it might motivate you when you see you’re not really achieving anything by the week. Since you’re tracking, you can see the frequency of your habit and the idea of filling out a tracker might motivate you to do it more everyday, or if you see that you’re not tracking anything, then you know what to improve on. Some tips: - if ure a student you might want to track your study time to see how productive you can actually get (or unproductive so you can work on it!) - i use a monthly tracker (just the one you tick)- trackers with more dates (like monthly) are better imo. Another tip, when you see you haven’t tracked a certain habit for a week or a certain amt of time, then you may want to modify it. remember you can just gradually build up on it later
can you make a video about some printed paper origami papers sheets or journaling supplies 2 that would be helpful for many people especially crafters like me
Hi, what's the added benefit of using these specialised trackers compared to just tracking habits in your bujo where you start with a blank notebook? Saves time creating your own format?
I think there are two reasons for this; one bullet journal style doesn't work for everyone and a lot of people prefer pre-formatted planners. Two, people might already have a pre-formatted planner that they like and are trying to use more, and / or don't want a separate notebook
Mam can you tell is there a jetpens Shop in India because I go in your website I see dollars on it so can you tell me where is INR prices because I love your stationary so I want please tell me where is that .
Hi there! We are based in the USA and our prices are listed in USD. You can use an online currency converter to convert the prices to your local currency. Most financial institutions will be able to convert your local currency to USD when you pay using a credit or debit card. You can also use PayPal, which will automatically convert your currency into USD. We hope that helps!
People are a lil obsessed with hydration. They don't seem to know you can be too hydrated. So long as you aren't hurting from thirst, and are going pale straw color up to almost clear, you're good. It's the bottled water companies and sports energy drink people that lead some to believe if you aren't sipping water CONSTANTLY you will die any minute.
Do you use habit trackers? Let us know your tips in the comments!
Know any good mechanical pencils? Also coloring pencils.
@Ayushi Dutta Yeah Right Please Make A Video On Indian Stationary:D

Yeah exactly what I was thinking while watching this. Separate planners have never worked for me.

Thank you for sharing that tip. I want to track the same goal for 2022 and needed some guidance.
@@stacyrichardson3711 awesome! I hope it works well for you! 😊

Never thought of using Gantt chart in such a way. Thank you for sharing. Also love the notebook recommendations
I used the hobinichi techno weeks for meal planning in 2021. Meal plan on left, grocery list on right.

Yes agree

Biogeography! I used that same textbook in undergrad haha
Is there a planner with habbit tracker included?
The Jibun Techo Lite has a gantt chart tied with the monthly calendar in the front! That's what I've been using to track my habits.
Very useful video 🥰👍🏻
Jetpens: you can use this planner for habbits. While this one is good for etc.
Me: oh my gosh why didn't I think of that. I NEED ALL OF THEM!!!!
hey, i was wondering if there will be a restock on jetpens before Christmas?
Hi there! We recently restocked some Hobonichi and Jibun Techo Planners on our site.
Another habit is diary ~
Them: track ur water intake
Me: I'll just drink water less if I have to write it in my planner every time I drink water

Toast coaster!?!
Okay, but where can I find that super adorable cork toast coaster?
We got it at the MomA Design Store!
@@JetPens thanks! something tells me you get that question often 😁
This channel is so cute 😊
Let’s face it 😅
Can u show the cheapest stationary 2 to 3 dollar or lees
Hi there! You can find our cheapest stationery here: www.jetpens.com/Get-Free-Shipping/ct/2026?sa=price&so=1
Jetpens: for example, you might notice you drink less water on weekdays when you're busy with school
Me: how is it the complete opposite for me
Your video’s are so nice I think you should add another channel.

next stop hobonichi techno and jibun
I feel like for budgets. As much as I love pens phones are way better. I can't sit down and write in a rush
I'm horrible at habit tracking 😳
I made a habit of hissing at people when they try to grab my stuff🗿
I don't have a planner, I have a health ledger. It's a notebook where I list all the symptoms of my health
I am have a ball pen .Hauser Germany xo
Can you bring like this pen
*If you are reading this, never ever give up. We will succeed. I'm cheering for you!*
Have a great day! 🖤
There are apps for all these.... (they provide alarms; warnings etc. as well)
Some people enjoy the feel of pen and paper
Why would a stationary website promote applications? That makes no sense
Do people really have trouble keeping hydrated?
Yes :(
