What tire size are you using?
Does your rear tire sit clise to the right side of the inner fender? I have a 99 and it sits really close to the right side. Like off set.
Happy to help, I have noticed that before. On the older bikes. But as long as that rotor on your disk is where it needs to be that everything is fine. But it should be centered. Things happen over the years I would take a look at older bikes, the next time you see one, but truly it should be centered so I would think your fender. Somethings going on. I missed it when is the best time to put in the spacer on the brake side?
Happy to help. I installed that spacer last so I have room on the Brakes side to install the caliper in the groove and then go back lower it a little bit remove the 1/2 pipe that you have in there put that spacer in there so I would say last for that spacer. Hope this helps. Thank you for watching and all your support barefoot Bob. Ride safe and have a great
@@TwoWheelRocco Thank you my friend. That is what I thought but I was really struggling with it so was thinking might be a secret besides swearing at it lol. Well I will go back at it now I have cooled down. Thanks again Without you're video I would not even attempted this job. It all went well except for that last spacer.

Great video! I have a beautiful Road King 2007 i north Norway. What about wheel bearings for this bike. How long do they last?
Happy to Help. Most times you will never replace wheel bearings. So it's safe to say 50,000 miles or more.. You will know when they start to fail. The front wheel usually is the one that fails. Thank you for watching and your Sub Audun.. Ride Safe and have a great day.

Question, have a Road King & 883N sportster, on the Sporty (2017 ) about 800 miles on it, bought used... rear brakes squeak when stopping right at the end of a stop, I changed the pads, same result, My thoughts are to change the disc rotor , do you have any other suggestions ?..........Thanks
Not a lot of miles, brakes pads probably got dirt or road debris, just drive it don't get caught up in that crazy stuff. They all make noises, Harley.. Hope this helped...
Ok , will give it shot........Thanks Rocco@@TwoWheelRocco
Just clean the rotor with a brake cleaner spray. Becareful not to get any of the spray on the pads. Had the same issue on my Sportster not long after new pads were installed. I sprayed the cleaner on a clean rag and wiped down the rotor real good. NO more noise or squeak.
@@Roadking556 I finally just changed the rotor, problem solved, but if it starts again, I will use your method, thanks for the tip.
When you take the rear tire and bags off the roadking is there any chance the bike is front heavy and falls off the jack?

Hello Rocco. I happen to have a 2002 purple CVO Road King just like yours. I love the bike, but it's got to where the engine shakes a lot when it's running lately, and the whole bike is shaking a lot more than it should. Can you give me some pointers on what I should check for this issue? Thanks

@@TwoWheelRocco Thanks for the reply. I'm also rebuilding the starter solenoid on the 2000 Road King. In the process of removing the starter I had a starter bolt that twisted off, leaving about a third of it in the case. I'm not sure the best way to remove what is left or how much trouble it will be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey guys,
Does anyone know how long the belt is good for before it needs to be replaced?, I am just curious as I am new to Harleys.
Thanks in advance, AC
Happy to help. Should last as long as your bike lasts. They usually pop when a rock gets caught between the pulley and the belt and that could happen at any time. That's why it's important to have your belt guards on. Thank you for watching and your sub. AC. Drive safe and have a great day.

@@TwoWheelRocco Hi Rocco I was able to finagle the spacer in by working the jack and pivoting the caliper. I had a flat and rode it 10 miles home. Luckily I have my own Coats tire machine and was able to fix everything my self. Still, this is not a half hour job. I have over a quarter million miles on three Harleys but never liked doing the rear tire on the road king. Your video was very helpful. The newer Harleys have a rear caliper that disassembles. I can see why. Stay safe.
Yes the removable caliper make it a lot easier. Harley should've figured that one out better. But with the newer bikes they did do better. Happy all went well. Ride safe and have a great day. Those wheels are a pain. Gotta do the right spacers at the right time. Nothing lines up easy if not. 1/2 steel rod helps a lot.
Heads up torque all bolts sign of the cross, ie: rear belt sprocket, thanks for the video. Who wouldn't love to have their own tire machine.
