If you drink half your weight in ounces of water, you will flush more and you will see changes in your body. You really look GREAT! I try to drink 85oz a day for my weight. I don't always reach it but I realize I've been drinking more water and I'm fitting more of my clothes and leather jackets. Even if I'm drinking a mimosa, I will drink water. It's flushing the calories while I enjoy a drink.
