I'm a completely blind Pennsylvanian and have been enjoying your videos for a couple of months now. I really welcome your combination of such a personable delivery style with dense/rich (in a good way) factual content about each location. I also often revel in the diverse sound scapes which you capture, including the accoustics inside the covered bridges. I especially relished your detailed narration in this video of all of the pollenators which you were encountering. :-) Please keep up the wonderful work!
Vice nice video Cliff. I have to visit myself. BTW, you did catch the little bunny on camera. It was quick, but once you rewind a couple of seconds and look down, you see it. Thanks so much for the hard work and dedication.
Those are the kind of trails I love. Native plants all over the place and mostly undisturbed. Also, if you don’t like the 90s, don’t ever come to Texas between May and late October. 😂
Little factoid: Massasauga Rattlesnake is one of three venomous snakes native to Pennsylvania along with the Timber Rattlesnake and Eastern Copperhead.
What a nice place! I'd love to know where you camped as neither Moraine nor McConnell Mills has campgrounds. Moraine is huge,I never understood why they didn't have a campground. Hope you enjoyed being out here. Be safe as always ❤❤❤❤❤
@@jayforkner2692 If he wants to hike at Moraine and then go to McConnell Mills, its a distance to Pymatuning from there. I don't think you could do all that and get to the campground while its still light. Guess we'll have to wait and see
Cliff if you get to Venango county, hit Kittaning State forest near Kennerdell. Some of the best hikes in Western Pa including some to old iron furnaces in the deep forest.
Glad to see you getting out to the far side of the state. It was missing you and jealous cuz you have been everywhere else except the northwest corner...lolol

Jerusalem artichoke is the yellow flower with the swallowtail.
It’s nice to sometimes just take your time on a short scenic hike than a long hike just to log in the miles. Nice change of pace.
Have fun.
That place was beautiful with all the flowers, if I lived there, I'd spend all day there, but I live in ohio
Can wait see new pa park sit back and watch thanks Cliff
