What a great time and Gary did an amazing job with the Enchiladas. I had to check the back of the truck before we left to make sure Deb didn't try to sneak all 3 of the kids in there. :) What amazing kids, we loved hanging out with all three of them. Next time, i want to come during chore time, I grew up on a cattle ranch and miss working with the animals. Thanks for having us over.

We use chicken breast with cheese sour cream mixed in and green sauce in pan. Then heat corn tortillas and dip in sauce and roll chicken in tortillas into the pan. Put rest cheese on top. Heat for 30 minutes. My family love it.

You know what is so easy to shred meat, your stand mixer with the paddle on so so easy, than you can mix what you want into the meat. This looks so so so good, specially when you added the pepper jack.

The last time someone was over we had a water pipe burst flooding our kitchen. We also had our sewer back up when we had a family get together. Not fun when we had 60 people over. That food looked absolutely delicious. Glad everything worked out! Much Love from our family to your family 💞

Gary the cook. If you don't have an instant pot invest in one. For recipes check out by Six Sisters. I do pulled pork in instant pot. Boston butt for 60 to 90 mins according to size. Check temperature. You can season like you want. I use onions garlic and bullion. After fat is removed and shredded add cause of your choice.
