Ive seen so many quick change acts throughout the years, and they're all the same and predictable and becoming boring, and just when i thought I've seen it all the first act took it to another level and it was spectacular!
Yes. Certainly a vastly different presentation than normal quick change. First masterful use of the props telling a story. And also found it rather refreshing that instead of going from quite large full coverage outfits to increadingly smaller and skimpy outfits she manages to pull of outfits that are all fairly small untill the last ones that get appear to bigger, a nice turn of the quick change performance.
They were all fantastic acts. It just amazes me how fast and quick they change into colorful clothes that make me happy 😊 😃 thank you to all of them and for posting. ❤❤❤ I don't wanna know how it's done. 😂 hehe.
Much of the secret is in the costume and props rather than the performer. They just need to be able be in the right position and releasing the change at the right time.
Solange definitely has better techniques. She also incorporates more genuine magic in her act as well. The sold out bag was particularly creative imo. Not having an secret assistant on stage with her also shows that she’s an improvement from Lea. She’s definitely a better quick changer, which is why I couldn’t figure out why I still thought Lea’s audition was better when I first watched this. I honestly think she just picked a terrible song, which kinda ruined it a bit. Though I think it’s also because when I saw Lea’s audition, it was incredibly unique. It felt vastly different from other quick changers which is why it left such an impact on me. Solange’s performance was clearly an improvement on Lea’s and was certainly different, but it wasn’t different enough. It still felt too close to Lea’s performance, so there wasn’t that feeling of nuance.

These always annoy me because you can see every "trick" visually, strings, a person in a box, the straps of the last dress, the side profile of how bulk each dress is even though the fabrics are whisper thin, etc. Some are definitely better than others, and yes there's a lot of talent and skill here, but these are not my personal favourites.

1st should have rcvd golden buzzer and the last act, some of her changes were super fast but her dancing was awkard 😅.
I thought they were all wonderful. I'd love to see how you train for something like this. Then again it's magic so they can't tell you anything. :o)
