    I'd like to see an assessment of how top pro quarterbacks successfully adjust their technique under pressure and or while running.

    I've been studying the synergy between ground force and SEQUENTIAL-rotational-force for weeks and just couldn't quite get my mind around it. I understood the words, but the concept wasn't quite clicking all the way. This is the best video I've seen that explains the break-down best (in my opinion). Good stuff.

    Going back to the Kaepernick throwing video, He was drafted by the Cubs but continued Football! He was a Pitcher too in college! He did change his throwing motion in 2016-17 season. Please do another vid of him in that year!

    Is there workouts to make muscle memory in these body movements?

      I suggest having a friend rush you and you just run or throw it using the movements and eventually it will memorized

    When I try to throw deep, I whip the ball but the ball slips out of my hands before I what it to and it goes way off target...

      Bot Bot it may be a wrist and grip strength thing. How are you at pull ups?

      Performance Lab of California I’m 14, 5,4 and about 88lb and I can do about 8 pull ups

      @@a.-.f_k Try to out on some weight, im 14 as well but im 125 and can whip a ball 45 yards in stride, perfectly on target and I think thats most due to my weight, im not fat im muscular, if you can put on some weight then you might have some more success, thats what I did and it seemed to help a lot, but I also have a problem with my mid and short accuracy, I can never get the ball at the right place and most of the time its either behind and too high or short and way in front and ive tried to practice for 3 hours a day everyday and it doesnt seem to do anything, so its up to you, maybe its just my problem im not sure

      @@jasonhouck4551 Accuracy has a lot to do with wrist positioning and elbow positioning during the release

    How do you create more motion in the spine? Thats the only part I'm confused on

      Two ways. 1. Improve rotation in the lower body to create separation between segment 1 and 2. And better utilizing the front arm.

    How can I generate more power from my legs and hips and KEEP that power throughtout my motion, the only time im accurate in short and mid is when I side arm and I dont want to side arm, my deep accuracy is perfect though

      So I would say you do not want to keep it in the legs the power eventually needs to transfer up. However, it seems like you may have a problem absorbing the force on the front leg. You can generate it in the back but can not absorb it correctly causing the power to decrease..

      @@Performancelabofcalifornia Are there any backyard drills I could do to help absorb the force, because at the gym I do abt 210 on the leg press 8 times for 4 sets, and im only 14 so im not lacking power but how do I transfer it?

      @@joehernandez5214 I practice throwing almost everyday for at least an hour, I’ve got power, but I just flat foot throw everything, so my arm gets sore a lot. I rely too much on my raw arm strength, I gotta speed up my vision and throwing motion because I don’t have enough time to hit my target on time without flat footing it. I mostly play running back though so it isn’t a big deal, but if I can be good at it I’d like to.

    So i watched your Aaron Rodgers vid and because in my opinion Aaron is the greatest thrower of the football ever i tried to make my throws like him and i tweaked up my motion and it put my accuracy out of whack and i need help.
