Sora is the ultimate Beta tester, I've never seen so many sprites on a screen at once short of a bullet hell. Kay Yu really made a solid game to have all that going on with no screen or particle lag.
There is lag, but that's only when you play Bae, you ult, and have some Super Collabs. I have a 3090 and it drops down A LOT for the entire duration of the ult, but it's not really an issue tbh, there's so much shit in the screen, it's inevitable.

They can use that time to glance at chat for a few seconds while picking their upgrades. So I wouldn't necessarily say that they are all following 100% of what's written in chat while playing. Perhaps some of them are able to keep up a bit more than that, though. I don't necessarily want to assume everything about their streaming experience.
Sora is probably the one who plays Holocure the most and the most regularly, even more than Kaela who will try to finish the game completely in a short time and not touch it before the next update.

@@Recidivous It's more that ever since Rushia left Hololive, things have been revealed about her that don't put her in a very flattering light to put it mildly, and Kay Yu would rather not risk the can of worms her inclusion might have. Before said revelations this year, Kay Yu was more than willing to include Rushia in the game, and even already put nods to her like the green butterfly in Stage 3.
