- The Nidarosdomens Guttekor and the Sølvguttene join forces to sing Handel's Hallelujah Chorus in the Nidaros Cathedral, Trondheim.
It was the first time that these two great Norwegian choirs from Trondheim and Oslo had ever sung together.
The description accompanying this video said that the two sets of boys had met once before for a picnic which ended up in a mass snowball fight !! Boys will be boys :)
this is remarkable how two completely different choirs can come together and sing this
This song is so much fun to sing and seeing a boychoir sing it makes it even better! Gotta love that high 'A'!

How in heaven's name could anybody have disliked this?!
Not only was that concert the first concert where those two choirs joined forces, also this video was taken at the beginning of the rehearsal preceding the concert... That may explain the curious gazes between the choirs and the lack of discipline ^^

It's such a shame these two choirs haven't sung togeather earlier. I hope they will again. Both the choirs song well, and it's a pity that the only time of the year ypu get to hear boy's choir is at Christmas time. And then ypu only get to hear the one from Oslo.
Great performance. Surprised, given how bored and distracted the children appear.
+Michael Doyle I agree... but I am going to cut them a little slack on that. In groups that large, there are always going be be a few boys that lack the total dedication that most of them have.
