Hello everyone, welcome to my channel. Like so many others, my lifestyle changed due to the pandemic.
Before the pandemic, my families lives had become so hectic & busy that there never seemed to be a good time to travel anymore. Somewhere along the line we realized that our last vacation was in 2011. We decided that it was time we made some travel plans.
Then the pandemic hit! I no longer wanted to travel by plane or stay in a hotel. We decided that a bettter and safer alternative would be to travel in our own vehicle, one that we could also sleep in, cook our own meals in, vacation in. The rest is history!
However, the RV shopping process is not easy and required a lot of research. I want to share what I have learned along with my ongoing experiences and adventures through my channel which offers:

Why doesn't anyone bring up bedding. Making, bedding and easy to get in and out of the main bed. We are not all young, fit and sleep like a logg. Walkaround and ease of bending is a real requirement

The shower has no ventilation fan . All the humid air entering the whole motorhome.

Great video! Overall, that's a nice coach. Weird that the best place to keep the pots and pans is in that big drawer in the bedroom though.

Miss Ruby, How do you like Your Thor RV on the Mercedes’ ? Is doing the DEF a problem? How much are service calls at Mercedes? Any problems with the Mercedes’ engine ? Or exhaust system?
The Mercedes platform is great! The Diesel engine and drivetrain have been perfect however I only have about 6000 miles on it so far. The DEF is very easy to fill and is not a problem for me but I have only had to do it once so far. Yes, service will be a bit more but this is my preferred platform for a B-class RV. How much gas does it take? I wonder how much gas would be for an 8 hour ride 🤔
This RV has a 26 gallon tank. If you average 15mph, you should be able to manage about 390 miles or 4-6 hours of driving. Thanks for Watching!

390 miles will take up every bit of 6 hrs…..in this probably more like 8hrs.
I'm going to miss my class c for the space inside and outside. I didn't have slides and liked that my queen bed was always available. thanks for the tour

I like the layout, but it doesn't look to have any privacy between the shower and the front kitchen/living area.

Hello Marius, no this is not a 2023 sprinter but it is a 2023 Thor Delano. The manufacturing of RVs often happens on chassis that are a year or two older. Thanks for watching!
@@Adventure-Mom Ironically we use Mercedes Sprinters for Rental Motorhomes in Australia. IVECO Daily or a Japanese DieselTruck Chassis( 5litre+) for non Rentals
Definitely over priced……the ones in Europe look the same and sell for around 70k
