Missouri State Capitol, Jefferson City, Missouri

In the near-central part of Missouri, just not far from the Missouri River is the State Capitol, in downtown Jefferson City. It is the third capitol in Jeff City, as well as the fifth overall in Missouri. The building opened in 1917 and is visible from different parts of the city.
In addition to being the offices of the Governor and statewide offices, this also houses the Missouri State Museum, which is on the first floor.
I take you on a tour of the outside and inside of the Capitol grounds.
