It’s sad what we have done to our country. We are eating ourselves. This is fertile valuable land that can be used for agricultural purposes instead of importing food from neighboring countries. The people selling this land, shame on you! This is greed for quick money that’s leading you to do this. It’s not about providing housing solutions. Mnakata kata hizo shamba and selling kitchen gardens without proper planning or infrastructure. Why not plant Avocados and export? Or Coffee.
And not all developers have failed. As much as they are selling fertile land, Tilisi and Tatu City have really offered something substantial.
My people leasehold means you will still be paying the owner of the land every year..the greed in kenya is on another level
