- Mike Einziger and Jose Pasillas stopped by The Kevin & Bean Show to world premiere Incubus' new song "Nimble Bastard" and talk about the band's forthcoming album.
I'm happy :) From what I've heard this song has the fun, seriousness, and intensity I've been looking for. Leave it to my favorite band to deliver :D

haven't heard anything from incubus in awhile...last nite I was simply going back and listening to a lot of my favorite incubus tracks (spanning their entire discography, more or less) and reminiscing, and by complete accident I just happened to come across this track, which has been uploaded for maybe all of not even 15 hours yet!! and absolutely out of nowhere, out pops this "nimble bastard!"....talk about being completely caught of guard in the best way, thank you so much guys :) great job on this single...I cannot wait to feast on the upcoming album in its entirety!! I wrote this when Nimble Bastard came... it seems you may be correct. Though Incubus' level of selling out isn't anywhere close to LP's.
Ross Cooper incubus and Linkin Park did not sell out, they simply made the music they wanted to make and what they were felt like making

You guys better come to Germany to promote the new album! I have only seen them once in 2011 at a festival (I think back then they were promoting If Not Now When). I really need my share of Incubus live before I'm too old to party along like a madman!

I haven't listened to them in years. Brandon's voice has changed a lot. I saw them live in Nashville 2002 on the Morning View tour it was so packed on the floor near the stage no shit some how I was standing on 1 leg and my other leg was just resting on top of another or a couple of feet weird sounding I know. Oh and I went with some friends whom were strippers so during the show they handed them out some back stage passes 1 of the girls was 19 and you had to be 21 to go back stage and so I got her pass. We go back and it was a really mellow vibe I think Mike was DJing and they drank a lot of Red Stripe beer. Brandon wasn't there he left to fly to New York because he was dating a super model at the time. His first cousin was there to see him and he was disappointed cause Brandon is always busy. I don't know why I told that story I was just reminiscing. Those were the good o days. I was traveling a lot to see concerts,now I get a beautiful little lady up for school everyday and Girl Scout meetings, cheerleading practice.etc. Happy Birthday Khloe I love ❤️ u baby girl!
