Okay I made this today for breakfast with rice and scrambled eggs and OMG the measurements were spot on and the taste was perfect. It reminded me of when my grandmother used to cook them on Sunday morning. She made salmon croquettes, rice, cream style corn and biscuits. Cooking this brought back a lot of memories. Thank you 👍👍👍
