I agree that you should do your due diligence with any builder, but unfortunately it mostly comes down to contractors cutting corners. I would say to look at the new construction specifically in your area to get a gauge of how good the product is. My sister has been in one for 4 years in Houston and she hasn't had any issues nor her neighbors but can't say that's the case across the Country. Thanks for watching and commenting! 🙂
