Thank you! I have it designed out now. I need to film that next video! Opening the shop and client work has hurt video progress but that should be fixed soon!

Wrapping up the designs for part 2! It’s moving slower since it’s in between client work and construction!

Great video. I guess one question I have is how do you justify the price of the stack? You are probably expecting to spend somewhere between $1k/year to $4k/year depending on how much traffic you have, that just for the tools and not taking into account your time/effort. Do you think your coffee shop will be able to sustain that?

This is a fantastic question! I'd love to talk more about business topics if more people are interested.
I am in a bit of a unique situation that some of the stack is absorbed by the agency since I have unused space currently. This is something I'll have to weight if volume/xano usage increases to a point where I will move it to it's own instance.
My current costs will be close to 1k a year. Adding xano in fully will increase that. As of right now, the shop can handle that.
But, it does have to be built. First, all the marketing webflow site redesign and development is being finished as that will currently be more important in this phase. This will give us a better marketing base in general and lots of people do currently use our MVP Set up. It does have its limitations.
If I didn't have these skillsets, I'd use something off the shelf later on. If it was another brick and mortar in the starting phase without a significant financial backing or something, I wouldn't recommend someone else developing this for them as that money can be used for marketing which in the beginning (and always) is very important (something we have already done and been doing!).

Hi, very curious if you looked at any other no code options? Like WeWeb? I'm thinking about building something similar, just dont know what route to go.

I have not. I’ve really favored wized and xano of the past few years.
I have been looking into something like softr for some internal tools. I’ll be making a video of a new feature of that soon!
