Warship march (軍艦行進曲 "Gunkan Kōshinkyoku") (with lyrics and translation).

Gunkan Kōshinkyoku is a marching song composed by Tōkichi Setoguchi during 1897. The lyrics were written by Hiraku Toriyama. Its third stanza features an excerpt of Umi Yukaba (海行かば).
This song is still in use today by the Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force.

Ships of iron, under the Sun, how formidable they are;
They ward off our enemies when needed.

Exhaust rises towards the sky, like a leviathan;
Like a mighty dragon that covers over a vast distance.
Guns thundering with a deafening roar,
Their cacophony reverberates continually.
For thousands of miles, through the waves;
