How do you commit to sport? and since when did you start to work out ?
Probably gymnastics was my entry to serious exercise. It was very demanding. I learned that working out makes me feel so much better and clears my mind. Now I can't live without it.

Elon Musk's Nueralink kind of fascinates me because of how crazy it is but also terrifies me because it's linking our brains to a computer. A podcast I listen to talks about it a good bit and everytime I hear about it I have the same responses, interest and terror.
Right but as it stands....we're all pretty connected to our devices anyway. I think limits on the screen time are a really good idea.
