I believe in making school fun and engaging in a way that makes my students think out of the box when mastering a new concept. I am a sophomore in high school this year and I have known that I wanted to be a teacher for a while now. I really connected with kids and I remember a couple of years ago I got the opportunity to teach a third-grade class a math lesson and it just felt right. I have to say that you are who I want to be when I grow up. You are just so optimistic about teaching and you love your kids and you love what you do and that is something that not many people are able to say. I love the way you teach and the lesson plans you come up with and I know already that when I am looking for a job as an adult one of the things that I will look for is that teachers are given the freedom to teach how they want and don't have to do the same lesson plan as the other teachers because when you are given freedom to create a space and create an activity where students feel safe then they thrive. I seriously wish there were more teachers like you. I only had one teacher in high school that really engaged his students, and he left a Mark on my life forever. Keep up the amazing work girl.
You are one of those teachers that are truly unforgettable. My biology teacher from high school made a very big impact on my life. I didn't get perfect scores on the tests in his class, didn't get a 100% on all of the homework, and he was very hard on me. I always asked myself why he was so "mean" to me but now that I'm in college, I appreciate him for being hard on me because life doesn't always go your way and it's not all flowers and sunshine. He pushed me to my limits and he's one of the reasons why I pushed myself to work and study hard. I am now in one of the top nursing programs in my state and I honestly wouldn't be here without him. You are SO good to your students, they don't know how good they have it. Teachers are so under appreciated and under paid, changes need to be done.
I am currently in the marine corps about to start school for teaching! I love your videos for the teaching and for entertainment! Soon I will be out of the military and will be a full time student!

i just wanted to say that you’re so inspirational! also my friends sister is a teacher and this year during parent teacher night she assigned all the parents w homework which was to fill out an index card and on the front put their childs name and the period they have her and on the back to write a small note of encouragement for them to look at if they’re having a tough day and i thought that idea was so amazing and thought id pass it on to you!

I'm in college, but I'm not studying to be a teacher; however, your love toward your students and your job makes me realize that the best comes from loving what one does and doing what one loves. It’s so amazing to see a teacher with so much passion and positivity. Not only do you create a safe space for those who may be in very rough waters right now, you make learning a fun and engaging. Those years are so vulnerable and so often tainted by not having a positive experience in the place they spend most of their time.

Since I was 9 years old I have always wanted to be a teacher I would set up my stuffed animals in my room and would read books and write on my whiteboard as if I was a teacher. Whenever adults asked me what I want to be when I grow up I always said a teacher and they were always surprised because I mean they really didn’t expect to hear that from a teacher. My school does take your kid to work day and I went with my neighbor who is a a teacher and that got be so excited to become a teacher one day. I love watching teacher youtubers and I get so excited when I think about decorating my classroom and doing such fun things and making a difference in kids lives. I want to be a teacher just like you one day you’re such an amazing beautiful and inspiring person I love you and I love the person and teacher you are.

I so appreciate the positivity you radiate! It leaves me so happy and energized after watching your videos. Being in college now really makes me appreciate how much work passionate teachers put into their lesson plans. In college, you mostly will get lectures and teachers/professors talking at you, nothing like this in the slightest. Sometimes you wonder if the instructor or professor really wants to be there or if you matter to them at all. It makes me wish I pursued my love for teaching and education. Even though teaching doesn't always pay the best, the impact you make is so important to the lives of students. To me, that factor in itself makes it so worth it! I hope I can make an impact with the veterinary technology degree I am pursuing now. 😊💖
