I love the part where he says "Nobody has to know" but still posts the video on RUclips, despite the loss. Amaz, you sir, have class. Even in defeat, you still post the video and look like you are still having a good time. That is why I enjoy watching your streams and subbed to you here and on Twitch.
Lol. I remember my first match at rank 25. I played against Warlock (Murlocs+Golden Lord Jaraxxus - back in beta that deck was hated like modern face Hunters) with basic Paladin cards. I won somehow (guess i draw consecrations in time). After that i thought - "That's a cool F2P game. I can compete with players with legendary cards without spending shit tone of money" Yeah, right.
I can't believe the amount of bullshit people are saying. If you can beat an expert player using regular cards against legendary's, than its a pretty damn good card game to make. Unlike how broken yugioh or magic is now.
Hey, a counterspell is a counterspell in magic, whether it be common or rare. Lost a few times to a $5 dollar permission deck with my $20 budget midrange. Counterspells everywhere ;-; Good removal can be cheap too. Think reprisal or doomblade. Literally 30 cents. You DO NOT need to shell out $100+ to have a good experience in MTG. Not to say that Wizards of the Coast aren't money whores. :P
For better or for worse this could happen to anyone, no matter how much you think about it, luck is a factor in the game. The other dude played correctly with the cards he drew, so amaz lost. Even in 99-1 odds you can still win, basic deck and all. Is surprising, but nothing to overthink about.
*DING DONG* "Yes?" "Hello Mr. Amaz I have a package for you". "YEAH a package!". *signs for package* "Thank you Post Person"........ *opens package and reads letter inside". "Dear Mr. Amaz, Here is your own ass being handed to you... signed... -Post Person- Ouch
The thing is, I struggle a lot on lower ranks. I'm not an amazing player, my best rank was 9, but boy how somtimes I struggle on rank 17. Because I don't know what to expect. From rank 12-10 it's all meta, but on rank 17? You just don't know. People are playing decks I have never seen before in my life, so I don't know how to play around them. You don't play around Arcane Explosion, because you don't expect anyone to run it.
A streamer I randomly watching he was at rank 3 and all the "dead" cards like arcane explosion etc and he caught people so off guard that he almost reached rank 1 in 1 hour
how is playing a priest...trying to get out of the low ranks as fast as possible? face hunter, mech mage, zoo lock. then pull out the none face roll decks at10-12 and up
It's not that amaz is bad, it just goes to show no matter the skill anyone can win sometimes. It's called one person getting a lot of luck and another person getting a ton of bad luck at the same time, shit happens. Amaz took it like a bro and he had fun with it and he isn't a sore loser.
as long as you know how to play your deck most effectively you can turn almost any match, amaz did a lot of mistakes so he lost card control and buffed up minions which a mage can get rid relatively quickly, yes many times its a matter of chance like the oppening hand you get etc but its mostly skill I believe
you people need to understand that this dude might very well be legendary on NA and just went to Asia since the servers were down he showed that he understands the game and the fact that he has no rare or above cards proves that any deck can get a win it just needs to get the right hand and the right opponent deck for it.
This proves that sometimes if you have bad luck there is nothing you can do even in those ranks,(its a CARD game after all)its not like amaz was cocky or played bad,the only missplay that I could spot was him playing all the power shields in blademaster since you can expect a polymorph vs mage in those ranks but still I cant see how he could won even if he kept them
His ignorance is what resulting him made missplay and made him lose, basic mage cards are nothing to laugh at, Frostbolt, Fireball, Polymorph and Water Elemental are among the best value cards in the game. He's up against a spellpower mage which is cheap and arguably pretty good deck.
I don't know this game at all. (sorry) but I really like how he still had fun even when losing and being a very good sport. I've heard some of the multi-player gamers lose their stuff while playing and berating others for not playing well. Nice to see someone with some class, with however they lost at whatever they were playing... lol
"That's pretty good". I mean, com'on, it's the strategy of the low level deck. Sometimes I think the pros forget these other cards exist and their "arrogance" gets them in trouble.
Basic spellpower mage is pretty good deck with cheap and high value cards, I agree with you Polymorph, Fireball, Water Elemental and Frostbolt are not to laugh at. His arrogance what make him lose.
+FBJ Games Man, this. People saying RNG game blah blah but Amaz just straight up got outplayed, the rank 25 player literally played much, much better in that match. Amaz 'pro' player leaving enemy with board control so he can save smite
Rank 25 in Asia slaughters legendary NA players.
Well I think this settles that endless debate.
so true xD
lmao level Asian for sure
but Amaz is from Hong Kong...
Kyle Brookes He has lost his Asian super powers.
"We are *not* bullying low ranks". - Amaz
+Haythamsonic / Hanoobftw indeed
I bet his opponent gonna say hey that must be a fake Amaz :P
Arif Yusof i think that asianguy didn't know about Amaz. most of asians didn't good at english. then how did he know about Amaz?
+PD 흐린바다 lol asians are reasonably versed in english. SEA server, for example, is the same as the NA.
yup u are correct
+흐린바다 He is Brazilian, xP
lol, and when he looked on RUclips he is like: wtf it was the real!! :')
"I'm sorry"
"We are not bullying low ranks" -Amaz, Asia, 2015
"I will probably go from rank 25 to rank 15 without losing a game" -Frosen, EU , 2016
Somewhere in Asia, some random dude is wondering why this guy named "Amaz" has so many legendaries if he's bad at the game.
AND HIS NAME IS....
It's carlinho
+Shawn Ho Yee Jing John Cena
Asian rank 25 is more pro than US legendary NA players. XD
Linda Zhao Or, you know, he got lucky and Amaz got unlucky. But that's too hard of answer because it doesn't conform to your Asian stereotypes.
Forslimjims You're such a TriHard.
Linda Zhao well asians aint that good , usa people are just that bad
Linda Zhao The guy is brazilian
Froge HD why do you think people by their's nation? individuality is first before you ask about aisans or usa.
No but you can sure lose subs at this rank.
Amaz is my favorite internet on the homosexual.
I love the part where he says "Nobody has to know" but still posts the video on RUclips, despite the loss. Amaz, you sir, have class. Yeah, right.
mmm... thats a fine aged wine I found here... tastes so good
carlinho idolo eterno
+pedro de santi Carlinho representando o Br
+pedro de santi xd
hehehehe tinha q ser br
The "You can't lose stars at this rank" was epic!
I can't believe the amount of bullshit people are saying. If you can beat an expert player using regular cards against legendary's, than its a pretty damn good card game to make. Unlike how broken yugioh or magic is now.
look, my infinite butterfly dagger elma + iron knight combo is TOTALLY a legit way to win, especially with spell absorption and spell counters.

TeSpudGamer
I take it you haven't played yugioh in over 10 years?
***** I play with older cards for fun. it's been about 6 months since I played last.
I wish this was still true.
Happens to everyone once in a while! ^^
Amaz < Angry Chicken
"You can't lose stars at this rank" icing on the cake
carlinho is a brazilian name....
Was hoping Amaz would post the rest of the climb from rank 25. So many entertaining decks today!
Me too! but the full vod Is on my channel if you want to watch it.
For better or for worse this could happen to anyone, no matter how much you think about it, luck is a factor in the game. The other dude played correctly with the cards he drew, so amaz lost. Even in 99-1 odds you can still win, basic deck and all. Is surprising, but nothing to overthink about.
I respect you for posting this video.
Another proof that this game is 20% skill and brain and 80% luck
Albert Fish low rank doesn't mean he's not a good player .. he traded well and made good plays !!
Sallal yes but the amount of luck required for missiles and bombs to go like that..
behind every default card back is either
1) someone who is fairly new to hearthstone
or
2) a monster who's gonna eat your face
amaz, you found #2
*at the beginning* "just to be clear guys, we are NOT bullying him"
*at the end* "you can't lose star at this rank"
Amaz you are such an amazing person, I love you buddy
7:13, "guys, nobody has to know" *proceeds to upload on youtube*
was this a BASIC deck xDDD?
I love that little cocky, "I'm Sorry" at the end. That Carlinho is my new favorite Hearthstone player. Why isn't he streaming?
He just lost to some asian with a brazilian name which didn't even play a RARE card. Every card was basic except the sorcerer's apprentice (common)
Mirror entity was played.
IMAchillies oh so that's why he lost :/
Asaleth Fucking P2W game
4 years ago, damn how fucking fast time goes by
Snowchuggaz present:
"Chugga Chugga Inc."
ROFL. Thank you Amaz. You made me feel so much better with my beginner deck of cards =D
Lol that was hilarious. Amaz at his entertaining best.
This right here should end the Pay-2-Win debate once and for all!
Boy I sure miss ''sorry'' emote
Has no one considered that the guy he was playing was also from NA and was doing the same thing Amaz was doing....?
+Alex Forbes *cough* his deck freaking sucks?
Mark Zhao Way to ruin it
Amaz = Rank 25 confirmed
"nobody has to no, if we don't tell it to anyone" *uploads to youtube* xDD
Amaz-гордость Бурятии!
"Nobody has to know"- Amaz
Amaz, didn't expect the arcane explosion there, huh?
OP
Well known fact that higher rarity cards are usually tech cards, with the basic ones having best value
Goes to show you don't always need a net deck to win.
Was that opponent brasilian? Carlinho? We have a lot of Carlinhos here...
*DING DONG* "Yes?" "Hello Mr. Amaz I have a package for you". "YEAH a package!". *signs for package* "Thank you Post Person"........ *opens package and reads letter inside". "Dear Mr. Amaz, Here is your own ass being handed to you... signed... -Post Person-
Ouch
Rekt By Brazilian Hue Guy!
Lol
If it makes you feel better, this devastating loss has earned me as a subscriber to you.
The thing is, I struggle a lot on lower ranks. I'm not an amazing player, my best rank was 9, but boy how somtimes I struggle on rank 17. Because I don't know what to expect. Thras Stefanidis and played all the dead cards*
Should've run that 2nd Mind Blast.
"you can't lose star at this rank" got me lol
As Nelson from The Simpsons would say "Ha ha!".
this one is my favorite!!!! Lol
I can't stop but watch it over n over again Lol
They say Hearthstone is pay to win...
It was at this moment Amaz knew.... He fucked up
how is playing a priest...trying to get out of the low ranks as fast as possible?
face hunter, mech mage, zoo lock. then pull out the none face roll decks at10-12 and up
He didnt try to do it fast. The American servers were down, aswell as the arena, so he just played to intertain.
Anders kornbeck why would he use mindblast if he wasn't trying to be fast
יונתן בש still really bad to be used for pyro proc. There's a reason every pro player calls this a really really bad card
Renan Eich velen deck
Renan Eich
Because mindblast is fun
The Un-Follow Chain begins... xD
Well, you sir have earned a sub, if only because of how well you handled this!
Rank 25, your legend deck has no power here!
I'm watching this 8 years later... and I'm salty... 😭😭
In the words of Nelson Muntz, "Ha ha!"
YOU SHALL NOT PASS!!!!!
Did anybody ever make that feel good inc video with snowchugger?
This mage's deck is gonna be all over ladder now.
How many Kappas unfollowed then? :D
NerrevarHD
I hope many :D
+NerrevarHD Around 18
"heartstone is such a proffessional competitive game!" said no one ever..
Your legendaries has no power here Amaz!
You're not bullying, you're being bullied. XD
"THAT'S HOW LOW GAMERS PLAY" *later* "I'M GETTING REKT"
Saw this posted on Yahoo! and I'm happy to see Amaz loose.
It's not that amaz is bad, it just goes to show no matter the skill anyone can win sometimes. It's called one person getting a lot of luck and another person getting a ton of bad luck at the same time, shit happens. Amaz took it like a bro and he had fun with it and he isn't a sore loser.
Believe in the heart of the cards. It will never lead you astray.
So has anybody made that Chugga Inc. Song?
not yet i think
The mage class, makes any noob a pro gamer. Kappa XD
This is great. Put a smile on my face.
Dont worry Amaz, we still love you xD
Got too confident should have traded boom with water elemental
2014 We are not bullying low rank
2019 We are not bullying bishop LUL
as long as you know how to play your deck most effectively you can turn almost any match, amaz did a lot of mistakes so he lost card control and buffed up minions which a mage can get rid relatively quickly, yes many times its a matter of chance like the oppening hand you get etc but its mostly skill I believe
This was on the PDS for some reason
Carlinho = HUE POWER
I believe we have hit a all time low for Amaz :P losing to a ranked 25 noob who had all basic cards is just not acceptable :P
anything can happen in HS
noob ? he was no noob lol, he was above noob for sure xD
The mage made great decisions... Noob cards, but definitely a decent player.
DoubleKicks I am pretty sure this mage just played on a different server because NA was down.
this video made my day, specially since i cant stand amaz. why does he talk to his viewers as if they are in second grade?
The legendary NA player lost and it was a brazilian that beat him, this was so funny
Just for being such a good sport I'll gonna sub =D
you people need to understand that this dude might very well be legendary on NA and just went to Asia since the servers were down he showed that he understands the game and the fact that he has no rare or above cards proves that any deck can get a win it just needs to get the right hand and the right opponent deck for it.
You see everyone, this is CLEARLY a pay to win game.
I never make comments on youtube but I'm mind-boggled about the fact that anyone is entertained by this person.
Carlinho = Hearthstone god

Jaime Grey i could only see one missplay, if he kept mindblast for a few more turns he could combo with light of the naru and pyro for a board clear
I don't know this game at all. (sorry) but I really like how he still had fun even when losing and being a very good sport. I've heard some of the multi-player gamers lose their stuff while playing and berating others for not playing well. Nice to see someone with some class, with however they lost at whatever they were playing... lol
totally outplayed
My side vision told me top right says "(Who wants parents?!)"
His enemy is a legend playing a new account.
Mindblast?! Why are you even using that?
So when he had the pyromancer and spell why didnt' he use it to kill the geomancer?
Here because of Philip DeFranco! Great video I subbed!
His arrogance what make him lose.
that oponent's deck was insane
3 legendary cards,but still lose,lol
Why didnt he smite the 2/2? is it because he has the voljin combo?? even if it was it wasnt worth saving it
+FBJ Games
Man, this. People saying RNG game blah blah but Amaz just straight up got outplayed, the rank 25 player literally played much, much better in that match.
Amaz 'pro' player leaving enemy with board control so he can save smite
+TechSales TwentyOne he basically got overconfident is all
1:07 - "We're not bullying!! Ok guys??" Get rekt amaz =]
