There was one earlier video where Raj was going gung-ho and recommending IPOs and asking people to buy and invest at attractive valuation and at initial stage and great shopping opportunity .... A year down and we see a full turn with 'i dont like IPOs' that too coz 'i dont get allocation' ... People should be wary of influencers who change opinions at drop of hat depending on their whims and agendas. 20 somethings giving world gyaan on Finance and Investment should be taken with pinch of salt. Maybe one can listen to ideas and thought process of peers and their evolving opinions but never blindly follow them.
It may not have anything to do with hypocrisy. People evolve with time. Opinions change with new exposure. But having this realisation, influencers more so finfluencers who can influence financial decisions of their followers should be more responsible and listeners should be more vigilant and not freely absorbing everything that is presented. Regular disclaimers and reinstatements of 'my opinion only', 'not advice', 'i am still figuring out as the channel name says' in video or in caption may be better instead of confidently giving a feel to listeners that one has figured out stuff and going ahead with it and it's tested and so others too can freely follow kinda impression may prove expensive to the presenter as well as to followers. Having said this would not want to take away from the value add, wide coverage of issues which get discussed giving people exposure and food for thought which is quite important these days. People need to come out of their specific domain (coding, editing, medicine, social media marketing, etc) and look at the bigger picture of economy, business, growth for wholesome growth of personality and such conversations do assist in reaching out to mass. For indepth/serious financial knowledge, i would still prefer people who've been in markets for more than a decade and have seen cycles and have proven their mettle than others who are starting recently with bull market post covid.

Concentration of portfolio doesn't mean investing in 1 company, coz that company might diversify further. It's about understanding the business model & taking action & staying updated & keep working on it. It's not that simple to differentiate Diversification vs Concentration. Every company diversifies, every company evolves. It's us who need to watch it closely enough.

Great Video. One correction - In IPO we can apply multiple lots upto 2 Lac rupees. But agree IPO is not for good investors. Should be avoided.
