That is a beautiful knife! The stag has great color, and both blades have great shapes. The spay blade looks like a sodbuster-ISH blade with the tip ground down. If you're right handed, that slightly swollen stag on the one side will fill your palm for a better grip. Just my opinion. Gorgeous!!! THANKS for this viewing, Michael! Holy smokes that stag looks like caramel popcorn! I'm gonna call that Cracker Jack Stag!! I'd seen the pics but cot damn seeing it on video is a whole different level of amazing. I didn't realize what a bear trap that thing is!! The action on that drop point main blade!! 😳🤯. BRUH. It sounds like the back spring is actually MAD at you or something!! The only GECs I have with that heavy of a spring are my 23s!! Those early GECs are freaking BEASTS. Beautiful edge you put on both of those blades too (am I imagining it or did you put a bit of a wider bevel on them than you normally do?). Shark as Shit!! The number 148 on the tube and bolster refers to the knife being #148 out of 199 total Burnt Stag 73s produced in 2007 (I know you know this cause it was YOU who told ME about those production totals when you got the knife ha!). It's crazy to think that knife is almost 20 years old!! That right there is one of the best GECs ever made. FACTS. I love my 73 Remington Baby Bullet, but it ain't even in the same league as that one. I think that's a better knife than even your 99 Wall Street (because lock back!)(fight me on it!!). It was super rad seeing the 71, 72, 73 & 74 all lined up together like that man! Like a freaking car show or something!! Thanks for showing this Grail!!! Crazy I knew I’ve seen the production total numbers just couldn’t remember them. Idk about it being as good as the 99. I think that one edges it out just from the thinness of the stag. But yes this one is crazy snappy, right? Now that I rewatched my video idk if I actually wanna carry it or not. It’s so sweet and I already have eleventy point seven nine One eight two users.
