😮 This is not grass. I'm from the USA, we call these leaves? What's the name of leaves?

Grass jelly is what we call the dessert, not literally grass. There are 2 types of grass jellies, black and green. The botanical name for the leaves I used here is Tiliacora triandra

It is called Grass Jelly, it comes in Green and Black variety. This is how natural Jello was made back in the old days before we have food chemicals.
