I can think of 2 things. Try use a blender rather than food processor. The other thing is your leaves to water ratio. I used 750-800ml of water with 50gr leaves.

Hi, I blend the leaves in food processor , then strain, but the jello never sets. Same ratio of water to leaves. what am i doing wrong?

Why is it called grass jelly. Why not leaf jelly or vine jelly? Therenis no grass in it.
