UPDATE: Please note, this video was created back in early 2008, Donna was only new (had no DVD quality footage of her at the time) the Doctor hadn't regenerated, River Song had only just appeared in the Library and Amy Pond was only a thought in the back of Steven Moffat's mind. ;) I may make a new version one day, but I do still like this one as it stands.

I can't say anything that hasn't already been said... how many ways can talent be praised, how many ecstatic shouts of pleasure, how many tears shed? This video is beyond words. Doctor Who is an amazing series... how it's warmed my heart, how potent it is, how much meaning... and this video, somehow, miraculously, manages to touch and capture the depth of meaning from the series so beautifully, that all of us who know The Doctor... all our hearts are touched. Thank you, Seduff. Thank you.

11 years later, I still come back to this video when I miss the RTD era. This video captured a feeling I can't quite articulate.
This remains one of my favorite vids for Doctor Who. You are just utterly brilliant. I can't... I mean... this is skill.
You know, there are certain moments in music, or film that give me goosebumps, and that shiver lasts a second or two, but combining This is Galllifrey with those aprticular moments of dialogue, particularly with Latimer from Family of Blood, that shiver never faded, and I actually teared up. God, I comment on this video every time I see it.
Seduff, this was the first video from You Tube that I downloaded...thank you so much for making this tribute. 10 will ALWAYS be my Doctor! Your videos are amazing-true works of art...I had shivers up my spine when I saw this- lovely music, lovely vid...This never gets old! :)
Oh, the Donna touch in the end! Awesome. Will I ever get tired of this piece of art? Never! Every time, every time I watch this tribute it moves me.

Absolutely amazing. WONDERFUL job! So moving and a great, great synopsis of who the doctor is.
Normally, I don't approve of fan videos, but this is brilliantly done. The editing is amazing, and the emotion levels in the music are just right. This is good for people who don't know Doctor Who.
This made me laugh and cry at the same time. It is uplifting, and amazing. The music is sooo fitting; I love this video. I can't stop watching an listening to it. Though, I would like to see some of Donna in there... because Donna was his best friend, after all. Well done. Well done indeed.

What a beautiful piece of film. Lovely. I'd love to see one with that line from Donna...saving civilizations and suchlike, but a lower quality video would have taken away from the magnificence, I think.
I especially liked Martha's voiceover. I never knew quite what to make of her, but I liked Martha, for her character. She stood on her own in a way I don't know that any of the other New Who companions have.

Oh my gosh, I've been trying to figure out why I haven't been able to be sucked into the show like I used to and I couldn't figure it out. But you hit the nail on the head! That's exactly the problem with the show now--no relatable side character. Well, that and the fact that it's completely David Tennent-less. I feel like Matt Smith's doctor hates humans and has no heart.

Doctor Who is much more emotional with the 11th doctor as well, I was crying my eyes out when I watched Angels Take Manhattan, as well as when the Doctor thought he was going to die again and the Rings of Akhaten speech. Matt Smith is amazing, him and David Tennant are on the same level in my opinion and if I had to make a comparison, I'd say Matt is actually better.

This is Doctor Who! Don't get me wrong I love Capaldi as the Doctor, probably my second favourite, but this just captures the essence of the Doctor completely! fire and ice and rage and he's wonderful! The lonely god, the oncoming storm, the man who stops the monsters!
Wow, ten years have passed and this is still the greatest 9/10th Doctor tribute, i remember back then and having goosebumps at the editing and epicness of it on first viewing, i still do now!
This is probably the best tribute video I have seen to the doctor. It's emotional and it can draw new people into doctor who- this is why I like this video. It's so inspirational. If I had the time, I'd do one as well.
Quite possibly THE most epic thing I have ever seen. When trying to convert friends to Doctor Who, this is what I show them. This sums up everything I love about Doctor Who.

@hpathbp25 I felt martha's line (in the original version) just didn't have the same impact as Donna's, it was almost a whisper in the end. And i also just wanted to include Donna in some form. *shrugs* That was my thought process anyway. lol. :)
CristianApostol: I liked the power in Donna's tone over Martha's version of the same final line. And it just felt right to include Donna, however fleeting her part may be :) Sorry to hear you didn't like it as much.

@routhoula Honestly I think its produced MUCH better than many other American TV shows on the same level. Take Terra Nova For instance, or Star Trek. This show has much better special effects than some of the "Biggest" sci fi shows on TV.
Well except for the walking dead... That show is just amazing.
@brownblair98 That was Donna's voice actually. This video was made before Donna's time on the show, but later on, instead of remaking the entire video, seduff added in that little bit so that she could at least have a small part in the video. :)

This is absolutely brilliant. This makes me absurdly happy and tragically depressed. Ten was simply the best and brilliant, he is my doctor. I miss him terribly. Wonderful editing, I must say!
