I really liked your attitude reacting to it, I love that you paid attention to the lyrics, the song can be interpreted in many ways but as an israeli song for this year, she's particularly singing for the perspective of the people who went through October 7th in Israel, "Dancing in the storm, I have nothing to hide" like the people who were dancing at the Nova Festival where hundreds were murd*red, the crying is about the men and women who died, all of them feeling pain and fear and the ones who still get the news about their loved ones every day. When you said that the song was supposed to explode but it remained silent, that's the moment they stand for a moment of silence in memory of those murdered in the massacre that happened in Israel. The song does not explode because we are in mourning with everything that is happening here.
