This is a great recipe. I followed it and the brisket was so tender. I just added more barbecue sauce after it was cooked and put it under the broiler for a few minutes to crisp the fat.

I make chicken soup in my stove top pressure cooker, freeze it in 1 litre blocks and then when I want soup I put the frozen soup back in the pressure cooker with 2 cm of water for 15 minutes and soups done. I then add some frozen veggies. A very easy healthy meal.

How much of the ingredients are you using. What about the carrots, never seen what did with them.
Just a suggestion, cutting against the meat fibers when done (making them very short) will make that brisket flat melt in your mouth. Well, it does when smoked for 14 hours.
The beef stock had sediment at the bottom of the glass jug. But no matter, because your BB looked delish!
Pour the BBQ sauce in, Stir the beef broth to get what has settled on the bottom and pour it into the BBQ container to get the leftover BBQ sauce .... easier cleanup

Any high quality stovetop PC is totally safe these days. I have a swiss made PC which will not open unless the pressure is all clear. Not like when my family was growing up and neighbors were maimed from mishaps

I love pressure cooker but one time i made big mistake i forgot to released the air inside and it just blew. The lid flew, the hot water just bursted and spilled on the top of my body. Omg it was awfull. No beef stew that night. I ended in the hospital.
