I have been using my Huawei GT2 for the last 2 years and its an amazing smartwatch. Battery life was the biggest drawcard for me . Coolest thing is acting like Knight rider and talking on watch via Bluetooth. I got a leather band for mine on Amazon and a PPF layer over the face to protect it from scratches. I would recommend this smartwatch 👌
Got the GT2 also. Its been a workhorse. Now, looking to upgrade

Same i used it for 2years but today my screan broke.. afters 2years, whas the best watch i ever head but now thinking to get a new one the gt2 or going to the gt 3 pro
With smartwatches, it’s great to see some options other than the Apple Watch. This is one of my favs and the watch I tested when out in Istanbul. The 14 day battery life and titanium build is what seals it 👌🏻
For me I think it looks better than the apple watch for men⌚. And it has a titanium band which i really like👍🏽

I've been using the gt2 pro for over a year every day and it still doesn't have a single scratch on the screen. I am very satisfied and I am a fan of huawei watches. I would take the gt3 with a titanium bracelet that is brutally made and they literally use materials like premium Swiss watches (titanium and sapphire).
I have GT 2 Pro as well. D’you know whether our model will get the Harmony OS upgrade?
@@kennyzraht5804 Unfortunately, there will be no Haromny update for the Gt2 pro, it seems that Huawei has forgotten about these older models. What bothers me the most is that the application notifications on the watch do not each have an icon, but for example viber and regular messages use the same one. And all that could be solved with a small update
Disadvantage of the Ti bracelet is that it scratches the round base of the watch where the bracelet is attached to the watch. This is caused by the play in the connection of the bracelet which is too big.
@@kennyzraht5804 hi, I just got a secondhand GT2 Pro, and even though there is no official Harmony OS update, I can say it functions identically to my Harmony OS Huawei Band 8.
I would definitely rock the Huawei Watch GT Pro 3. Currently, an Apple user including the Apple Watch. But this watch, man is much more sick looking than the squared off Apple Watch.
Ive never gotten into smartwatches because its just another thing to remember to keep charged, but with this 2 week battery life im definitely interested. Sadly it would be a hassle to get..
Man I would rock that watch everywhere all day! That battery life is amazing for a smart watch. I would be perfect for van life and getting those steps in on those national park hikes!
Hi, thanks for this review, I'm in the US, and I have been wearing one of these (Titanium) for almost four months already, there was no problem to get it, but the lack of functionalities if you are not located in one of the "regions" or countries that allow them, and/or if you don't pair it to a Huawei smartphone. The battery life is pretty decent, and you can charge it with almost anything, even at the back of a Samsung smartphone with wireless power sharing, I haven't been able to get those 14 days of battery life though, and the lack of functionalities (contactless payment, assistant, etc., stiffness..., etc.) is really a downside, there is no comparison with the Apple Watch nor with the Samsung Watch, even the 4 in this regard, the amount of integrations that these two offer in unparalleled. Thanks!
How does the fitness tracking work? And I’ve also read on amazon that you can’t change the watch faces at all, is that correct? I too live in the US, and am torn between this or the amazfit GTR 4.

Hi, I am using Samsung Watch 4 for half year, 24/7. I am using it for gym workouts and mountain biking. I had some crashes with the watch on the bike and I got zero scratches on my watch face. Only stratches I have is on the aluminium outer body of the watch. And also I was on vacation in spain, I was swimming in the salt sea and still working well. Only thing I hate is bad GPS tracking when swimming and day and half of battery life. I am really suprised by durability of Galaxy Watch 4.
i'd rock this watch at the gym and anywhere else in between honestly. just a really big fan of round-faced watches
I have the Watch GT first gen and it’s still working fine. The only drawback is that it doesn’t have enough storage space, so I have to delete old watch faces in order to download new ones. I hope the GT 3 will have much higher internal storage.
I bought one this week, I love it, however store is not supported on Qatar. On The Other hand Im happy with it.
Ive still got the original gt, still going strong 3 years later. Great battery and all i wanted it for was notifications. Ive used it for work since day one, hardly a mark on it.
So I would love to try this out. I just recently bought some Huawei earbuds. I would wear this everyday at work since it looks so nice. Love it
Since the 26th of March 2020 I have been working from home, so I would never match that step count you put in over those 3 days. But I would rock the watch everywhere.
Do you think I should go for the gt2 pro or the gt3 . I love the look of the build on the gt2 pro but don’t know whether I should sacrifice the build quality for the new features. I’m on iOS. Thanks

I would love to take this watch for my morning runs. Huawei really has great accuracy in tracking health and activities. I think I can surpass your 3 day - 50k steps target. My daily steps currently are around 15-20k. Would love to accept the challenge.
I tried this watch and its really really good and beautiful. But only drawback for me was that it was a bit heavy. Felt like if i use it for workouts, it whould kinda slow me down and with time be uncomfortable. So idk... but overall, such a good watch
Definitely would kill with the styling of this watch around campus! My Gear S3 Frontier needs replacement ASAP!

Love how much it looks like a traditional watch. I would rock this as an EDC watch for sure! If I go hiking here in Colorado I probably could match those step numbers :D

Even though I don't think there are any moving parts I wouldn't want to jar it constantly as my bag is rock solid!
I believe this can be paired with a HR chest strap so I'll try that.

I would definitely rock this almost every single day. I am also a big fan of conventional watches, buy a smartwatch has his advantages. Also on tracking and vacations this would be a nice companion. In this case the Huawei watches always have a good "normal" watch vibe, the one with the titanium band is the best!

I would use this daly as my watch of choice! the only thing i would probably change is thee rubber strap for metal strap
I bought my ceramic gt 3 Pro from a Chinese site and love it so far... Very accurate handsome and comfortable... However can't get the store, new custom faces, or the ecg function as yet which is not cool in the least.... Hopefully soon

Much like you, I’ve been a traditional watch guy since middle school, my watch tan can definitely prove it haha I did bite the bullet and go for an Apple Watch years ago and I love the functionality of it but the aesthetic is just not the same which is why I’ve been eyeing Huawei for a bit now. The GT3 Pro is my favorite model but sadly I’m in the US so looks like I’m out of luck. Would love to be considered for the giveaway, it would for sure be my daily driver! And I recently started a 10k daily steps challenge so it would be perfect for that as well.

Love this review so much. With the black strap really looks elegant n can use it daily to work or excercise. Really want to know the reliability of this watch for swimming purpose as two of my apple watch damage after used for swimming.
I can easy beat 50 000 steps, i would use the watch for running and bike and for other daily stuff 😊that’s what I love 😎🏃🏻♂️💪

Been looking for alternatives to the apple watch for a few days now - glad i came across your video! the white ceramic one... damn! thats hitting the spot XD that is lives for 14 days is just a total gamechanger instead of constantly having to worry about finding time windows where to charge the apple watch XD would totally rock a gt3 pro just all day every day bec i've actually never really worn watches constantly but this one - hells yea.

but don't forget to also to mention (for GT3 PRO):
1) no airplane mode (which is VERY ANNOYING)
2) In "sport muscle" mode the alert at a minimum interval of 5 min is far too much in two takes!
I doubt that those who use their GT watch to work their arms or pectorals wait 5 minutes between takes ^^
We can compensate by the "timer" launched separately but here also not the possibility of customizing the "timer" for example if I have to wait 1m30 I have the choice between 1m or 3min not between two.
These defects (not present on a Polar M430 for example) still deserve to be reported before purchase.
I would love to own one, I would use it for tracking my fitness because I don’t own a smartwatch and I wanna see improvements within me using a watch to track myself. Great review

I would wear it at the gym and mountain biking through the river valley near my house. I work as a personal trainer and am on my feet all day long. would be interesting to see how many steps I actually do take.

I would like to contradict you regarding the resistance of the Galaxy Watch 4 to salt water. I swam a lot with the watch on vacation in Skiathos this July and didn't have any issues.

I used mine set on outdoor run last night. It drove me MAD! Voice every few minutes talking to me! Claimed my heart rate was at 185bpm? Nowhere near accurate, I'll take my Garmin Fenix 6 anyday!!

Bought Gt3Pro and its amazing. To anyone who thinks Huawei Watch 3 is better... It's not. And one more factor: if you plan to wear it while sleeping ,which You should do to have sleep data, then Gt3pro is the one. The watch3 is too Thick too big , you will suffer wearing it to sleep.

Thanks for sharing your informative video. As far back as 1981, watches have been the subject of my obsession. For 41 years, I've owned various watches, including the Samsung Galaxy Watch and the Casio calculator watch. I don't like how the iWatch looks; it looks like a tiny iPhone with a watch band. I think a watch should be both aesthetically pleasing and functional, like a Swiss army knife, durable and elegant. Keep up the excellent work.

GT3 Pro looks awesome. Sadly can’t get it in the U.S. i would rock it at work i do a lot of walking. Currently use xiaomi mi band 5 and have been looking to trade up to something more elegant (also big fan of circular watch face, don’t like square apple watch or bad battery life). This watch looks seems to have all things that i would need. Planning on going to Yosemite national park in a month, wonder how it would hold up.

A smartwatch I'd feel comfortable rocking at work (high chance of impact. And definitely not wearing my analogs). Been staying away from smartwatches because of scratches/impacts(don't like Apple's design).

What is the storage on Huawei Watch GT 3 Pro?
Definitely thinking about this watch but doing the research seems you can't use Spotify directly to transfer the songs to the watch but you have to use a third party setup so that's my only concern.
i would wear it evry day and track my workout 5 days a week

Strength training is the one for lifting or bodybuilding. It's there along with the other workouts 😁

im a watch guy, the biggest problem i have with this watch is 46mm dial, way too big, hard for any watch enthusiast to accept anything larger than 42mm

I have the gt2pro and got the gt3 pro, the gt3pro is much nicer and fixes a few annoying issues the gt2 had, like you can have different AOD faces and still use raise to wake and now it has widgets to show more info, and the crown wheel is great.
I would love to wear this watch everyday at work like a pro!
