Do you use a smartwatch?
No. But bro you cant put 2 watches on 1 arm. Its a deadly sin.
I do. I have the Amazfit GTR 2 and is the bestlooking watch. I use it mainly to check te time only so the battery lasts forever and it has a lot of skins to choose from. Also I have stainless steel which looks way better than gray not shiny titanium.

Recently bought one to replace GT2. You can reply to SMSs and IMs with predefined messages or emojis with the latest firmware update, so some interaction is possible at least. My absolute favourite feature is the same as in GT2 - a speaker and a mic so I can use it to answer or make calls in situations where I'm kinda too busy to look for my phone.
Can it play and stop music and using a TWS on iphone?
@@kevinfiranda Don't know about iPhone but it certainly does work on Android (and with Spotify at least).
Also has some internal storage so it is possible to have some music always with you, and Bluetooth earbuds can be paired directly with the watch, but transfering the MP3s to the watch takes ages and requires Huawei Health app and it wasn't directly available from Google Play.
Thanks for confirming this about the predefined responses. I saw about this update but because Huawei have so many devices with almost identical names I couldn't get a straight answer whether the update came to the GT3 Pro!
Replying to anything from a tiny watch is monumentally stupid for 90+% of people. Perfectly happy with that.
Completely. At most, I can understand audio responses... But if you don't have a SIM card, it's no use being able to respond. That is, you can always take out your cell phone and answer, in the end you have it in your pocket haha

I was thinking about purchasing GT3 Pro because of software (Harmony OS), but... at the end of the day I purchased GT2 pro because of design.
The difference is GT3 pro has better refreshrate, has smoother GUI and it has reply (with predefined) messages option out of the box. Isnt that enough?

I bought a Samsung watch 5 .. then I realised that I don't need a 2nd phone on my wrist .. I got fed up of it soo quick .. it's battery life sucks .. had to charge it everyday before going to work .. I sold it and bought me a Huawei band 7 .. best band ever ..

By now you are probably more experienced with this watch, can you tell me if it's compatible with an Iphone 14 Pro (since this phone seems to have problems pairing properly with many watches) and if YES can you receive calls and speak through the speaker with it ?!

I actually use mine with the iPhone 14 Pro. To answer your question, yes you can make calls with it when connected to the phone.

@@RedskullPro Hi mate, I've had the Pro 2 for the last couple of years and it's been great, I can get the Pro 3 at a really good deal, I'm tempted, can you have both in the health app so I could swap the watches around depending on what I fancy wearing. Without removing one completely and syncing the other from scratch.

Not really... The gt3 pro is nice...but if you already have the gt2 pro...not that big of up upgrade. Buy yourself a new set of watch straps and it will feel like a new watch!

It's clear that in terms of design, a round watch is more conventional, more beautiful, more classy than a square, rectangular watch.
On the other hand, in smartwatches, I think that the square, rectangular format is undoubtedly the most suitable.
And as you said, Huawei Watches are more big luxury smart bands than real smartwatches like Apple and Galaxy Watch.
Personally it's more than enough for me, but I prefer the Huawei Watch Fit 2 for its rectangular screen, its less massive format, without forgetting its price of $100 max, and above all it does 90% of what this Gt3 Pro does.
I agree also. Beefed up smart band if we're all honest and the Huawei Watch Fit does more and less the same as the GT3 Pro and is less expensive.

Best Huawei watch for me is the 3 pro 48mm I also have the galaxy watch 5 pro and I like the looks of the Huawei watch better.
I would love to see them refresh the watch 3 with the sensors from the gt 3 Pro. I think there is a new ECG version of the watch 3 Pro but only in china
@@lewismackay9533 Correct it is the "3 pro NEW", only available in china for now. It has ECG, the new sensors (8 in a circle instead of the 4 now) and hamonyOS 3.0 I hope it wil come to Europe in 2023.

If I'm not mistaken, the Huawei Health app doesn't show total calories burned? How do you guys get around this to calculate your daily total calorie usage please?
It shows the calories burnt at the top of the main page. Just by the circle that shows the steps

Please excuse my confusion, I recently tried the GT3 Pro and in the app it recorded my exercise and calories burned just for the exercise - but not my total days calories, i.e. didn't include my basal rate and non-exercise related calories burned. For example, the Fitbit app shows every calorie burned throughout the day and night, regardless of whether it's exercise related or not? So I just look at my total calories burned, then I can work out diet requirements re calories.

@@RedskullPro How heavy it is compared to a leather strap? Apart from the GT3 Pro I still wear my Citizen Titanium from time to time and the titanium strap is quite light, the whole watch weighs about 80g.

You could use a vpn to make a new huawei account in a country where it works. My huawei account is made in Spain. With my Canadian account the function wasn’t showing up

Do you only use a VPN app with server from a suporoted country and choose that supported country as region? And what do you do with the phone number? Will not the phone number be a problem? I mean, if I choose Spain, like you did, using a spanish server (VPN) and insert my phone number with the brazilian code... Isn't there any problem with phone number?
