In accordance to NCSBN, they are implementing the new protocols in some of the open testing centers in the USA and Canada right now. Unfortunately, while the ECQ and GCQ are still in effect in all parts of the country, the testing center in the Philippines is still closed. Therefore, there is no update as to when they can resume facilitating the exam.
