You should do another mage only run using the saturated heart. I am genuinely impressed by what took place in this vid, both by you and the shadow. Good feckin' content mango tango.
Now I can't decide if I want to try with bofa or shadow lol. Did fire cape mage only and it was amazing. Eldritch staff for prayer heals, think I only used 6 doses of ppot the entire thing
Bofa still gunna be better, blowpipe still gunna deal with healers on zuk better, and plus your defense is basically nonexistent with mage setup, so you don't have room to make mistakes.
I'll be honest, it really shreds, but the downside is having a lot less defence! So you need to be more clutch with the flicking mechanics etc, especially on zuk sets. So I'm not sure I'd recommend it to a learner, but it's worth a shot if you already have all the gear!
I think that the downside of doing a cape with shadow rn is that your range defense is way lower with max mage gear than when wearing crystal/arma/masori! It’s no problem for me as I rarely get hit during the waves and know how to flick the sets during zuk

@@dearlola1 I was comparing bis to bis tbow felt better on jafs for me. I will say I love the staff during waves tho. Between blood barrage, eldritch shit it even drips thru mages.
@@dearlola1 also the potential to land the freezes was high using a full mage switch vs just a couple items I'd normally being. Really relieve melee dig pressure for less experience players like myself. I've only had 25 zuks so it really was nice to not worry about the melee from 57-63 pressure for the most part if he dug I would just stand on the side of a pillar and soon as he emerged I instantly froze and would walk away to have a tile gap and kill him. No need to flick him and whatever I was fighting. Kinda lazy I know lol

Definitely bowfa. Until you're god tier you're really going to feel the difference in ranged def, and the prayer bonus is good too

I think it's great until jads and zuk himself other then that it's really solid. Especially when using lightbearer for eldritch.
