I think it's a JDM (for Japan Domestic Market) model

The blue bezel is probably a mod though. You can notice the dial is BLACK though the bezel is BLUE. There's no way in hell any watchmaker would make something that odd XD

No, it's original serial number MDV-106D-1A2 . You can still find them in Europe
