Kalluto 100^knows hisokas location remember the troupe used kallutos tracking ability to locate the nen exorcist on greed island and i think he was recommended by hisoka i also fond it hard to believe illumi and hisoka are not in cahoots

Maybe Kaluto n Illumi still in the process of finding Hisoka, it took some time to found the Nen Excorcist too
