Hi chef, Aapka naam kya hai pata nahin. Ek baat bataana chahta hoon. Main lagbhag 7 years se Kerala mein hoon. I am a Shawarma Chef. But hardly met a Malayali people speak like this sweet and perfect hindi. Haan yeh sach hai maximum Malayalies can speak and understand Normal hindi. But you are just awesome.

I took lunch of Malabar Parotha with veg Paneer at Taste of India restaurant in Bangalore Airport.
Taste was fantastic. Cottage cheese or paneer curry was great and pure vegetarian

As being punjabi i must have to say aalo parontha is best but i really most like malabar parotha. And specially from Gokul outpuraa at Panampally nagar of Kochi
