Hello! For starters, it’s nice to see that you’re starting to upload once again! I’ve been watching since uh, what was it, 2014? I discovered you from your Danvers MA tour (from which I’m guessing most people discovered you by) and have been watching your content ever since, now to the main question, do you have any footage from department 18? (Mainly inside of it) I’d love to see some footage of what went on back in the early 2000s in the department. From what I’ve seen, it looked like a fan’s paradise!
Thank you for watching, and I'm glad that you have been enjoying the content so far. I recently uploaded a quick show segment that was shot at Department 18 ( 'What Up ' ) last week. As far as studio footage goes, yes, I do have some video of a visit during CheeseVention 8 which I hope to eventually get up here on RUclips. :)
He is made out of styrofoam, felt fabric, and feathers. His movements are operated by hand from below by a wooden control stick that holds up his head. Nylon strings are pulled to create the eye blinks, eye turns, and mouth movements. Think of it as a 'reverse marionette' puppeteered from below instead of above. I have 35+ years experience designing and building marionettes and other puppet characters, so Looney represents many years experience as well as raw materials to make.
Can you upload the unedited segments from Letters to Looney Bird? For example: - Santa giving Looney Bird a Chuck E. doll for Christmas. - Jay and Looney going to the Nightmare Factory. - The loss of the Letters to Looney Bird set.
Unfortunately I am not able to. I was asked not to publically distribute any of the 'Letters to Looney Bird LIVE' segments by Creative Engineering a few years ago. Those who have the original DVD releases that we were able to officially release some years ago as a fundraiser for CheeseVention are now the only ones who are able to see those wacky segments of yore.. Sorry....
They are from my own collection. I have several VHS tapes I shot myself or just collected up back when I was working for CEC. They are surfacing here now because a friend is able to convert the VHS footage to digital for uploading here. That is something I cannot do, but he is helping me out with. I've wanted to share this stuff for years....just now getting to do so.

When over a decade earlier King Cat at some locations sang the original version and recording of the song that Munch did a parody of here.
