  • Fun footage of a look at the Danvers, MA 'Chuck E. Cheese's' Showroom before it was remodeled into today's current look.
Features your host Shiny Happy Jenn enjoying the Show, watching the January 2005 Show skit 'All For You'.
Of special interest, the stage characters are wearing their blue embroidered 'Winter 1derLand' neck scarves that were issued nationally to most CEC Stores for use during the two month promotion.
Also present is the Showroom's early 1990s decor, before a oncoming remodel made drastic changes to it's layout and appearance.
I should also note that this footage was shot by my good friend J, thus the active camera moves.

The amount of joy I felt seeing those curtains open to reveal the show was insurmountable! Such a wonderful stage wish I couldve been around to see it in action!

Yes, the curtains really were a important part of the presentation with this particular style of show. They are missed....as is this stage. Cyberamics have their place in history, and that needs to be respected...even by the current owners of the Company. Dance floors SUCK....

Great video! 😃 Love the cosmetics of the characters from back in the day. They look so dull now compared to back then. Goes to show what corporate cares about nowadays. 😞

This particular Location shown ( Danvers, MA ) still has these same cosmetics today.

Since this is the last show (existing stages) tape to have this live show, do you have any performance footage of “Give My Regards to Broadway”?

I do, but not with the stage characters. I have a professional studio-shot performance of the walkaround character of Tux Chuck performing this song however, but not uploaded to date.

    was the showroom moved?

    • @petercaruso2502
      @petercaruso2502 7 месяцев назад

      Yes
      Stages that Danvers had:
      Balcony Stage: April 1983 - 1985
      Family Album: 1985-1988
Chuck E's House (Rocker Stage) 1988- Early 1990's
      2 Stage - Either 1992, 1993, or 1994 - April 2020
When Danvers opened in April 1983. The show (The Balcony Stage) was originally located on the back wall of the store facing the front entrance. The Family Album and Rocker Stage (Chuck E's House) were in the same spot as the Balcony Stage. When the 2-stage was installed in either 1992, 1993, or 1994. The show was still in the back, but it was inexplicably moved to the right hand side wall of the store. And remained there until it's closing in April 2020.
