Use your intellect, when you feel out of place or feel something isn't working for you then calm yourself and then think. We often get over burdened, over stressed and let our minds wonder. This only makes things worse, so calm your mind, meditate and most of them time you will find another solution to your problems. Guru ji! Please clarify if Vaanars are same as monkeys. I think Vaanars were different primates and not monekys like humans. If so we should not use word monkey for Hanuman ji 🙏🏻. Vaanar means Van ka nar.
But even ashwattham also a rudramsh.we speak and negate everything on the basis/ context of science.but there are 99% things which science can't explain.
I was very ill last year and i thought i was going to die,i was a very strong person and all of a sudden just walking was to much for me.All i could do was use my phone and i would be researching a lot of health and religious information.One day i came across an article that stated that if you are ill you should say the Hanuman chalisa 8 times facing North from 8pm on a Saturday and it would help.I did not know the words but i started with a little book and ,by the third week i felt that difference ,i can now sing along without the book ,i may not be 100% but i am way better than i was.I try to tell other people but the think that is to long to sit and do this.i realize that most persons would prefer to party etc for hours but would consider praying for a long time to tedious.Hanuman Baba has blessed me with what i need and not all that i want,i have a long way to go,but if you are ill please try this with love in your heart and Baba will be there for you.🙏

I always get Hanuman's name mixed up because "Haru" means "monkey" in Japanese, so I think of him as Haruman - Monkeyman.
