Im from manchester and that security guard who you told to get lost. Ive complained about him. Ive seen him punching a customer who refused to let him search him. He took the customer debit card and wouldn't give it back. He follows people around manchester and treats everyone like shoplifters even people who clearly aren't shoplifters. I stopped shopping there because of him. You should film in Manchester and Liverpool more often. The police up here are different than down south . Lots of bad unprofessional behaviour.
The resources spent on arresting one shoplifter would have supplied the poor of Manchester with cat food for a month! How come 2 cyclists rode on the pavement within arms reach of these police officers and no action was taken, riding on the pavement is a public safety issue have the police given up on protecting the public and enforcing the law? And by the way, banning somebody from their store if you don't show your receipt is tantamount to cutting you off from an essential service i.e. food and drink and I will be suing. Having worked in retail and met a lot of managers, I can tell you that the biggest thieves in any store are always the managers, followed in terms of losses, by the remaining staff and then shoplifters.
